A variety of trailers and motor homes are manufactured which serve many purposes. BD Custom Manufacturing supplies special profile extrusions which are used for many applications in the RV industry. BD Custom manufactures both rigid and flexible extrusions, such as wire channels, screw covers, H-dividers, F- moldings, angles, gimps, bead welts, ceiling trim pieces, curtain tracks, door jambs, door casings and many sizes of U-Channels to provide the perfect solution for the recreational vehicle market.

BD Custom supplies the Construction Industry such as garage door, window and door, refrigeration, HVAC, pool and spa, decking and others. These parts provide low maintenance, climate resistance, and structural longevity. These parts can also be punched, drilled, mitered for framing or simple snap in or slide in gap fillers or decorative trims. Often, profile parts aren’t visible in the finished product by the consumer. The material compound can be interior or exterior grade depending on your application.

The Upholstery Industry is also an industry that uses, yet hides, our plastic extrusions. Polycord is used in many applications including awnings, cabana tops, and seating; and, has been used in pop-up campers to replace natural rope products as well. There are several extruded plastics spec’d for the underside of seating to secure hog rings and other fasteners to the fabric. This prevents tearing of the fabric and saves the seating manufacturer possible warranty issues and production down time. There are many extruded parts used in the manufacturing of boats. Some of the extrusions are used in areas that will never be seen once the boat has been assembled.
