BD Custom Manufacturing is a privately owned business that extrudes plastic profiles and has been in business since 1993. We value people and quality with the best service we can offer. We currently offer a four-day work week Monday thru Thursday with ten-hour shifts, resulting in three-day weekends. We offer shift bonus for off hour shifts. We also offer an attendance bonus. Full time employment includes vacation days, life, dental and medical insurance. We provide five paid holidays and you can participate in a retirement savings account in which we match up to 3% of your contributions.
